Quality Podcast

I think this was one of your best and most informative podcasts ever. Yes, it was long, but it encompassed a lot of material and you guys gave a great overview of Web 2.0 in general.

I think it'll keep both of the "too much bantering" and "I love the bantering" crowds happy.

Excellent work!

glad i hung in there

I'm glad I listened all the way to the end. That little nugget about writing modules that utilize Views 2 will definitely come in handy and save a LOT of time. Thanks!

Book

Also, the book is due out tomorrow: http://apress.com/book/view/9781430209898

"You Know"

It's an interesting podcast, thanks.

One thing, though. Count the times "You know" or "I don't know" are being said. It hurts the ear, awful to listen to, especially in a 90 minute podcast.

*Potential issue with rss podcast

Not sure if anyone else had this problem, but I found that my iTunes aggregated version of this podcast had strange repeats in it. Somewhere around the 40 minute mark, the podcast began repeating.

For a while I thought I was going crazy because I was sure I had already heard this before. I thought it might just be the version that got transferred to my ipod, but I tried the one in iTunes this morning and it was the same.

This version on this site, however, is correct.

Maybe someone else had this problem and this may help.

Napkin

The napkin being referred to in the podcast can be seen here.

Perfect

Perfect mix of technology at large and specific drupalness. We're designing Flash - Java APIs and I was able to speak with some semblance of intelligence rather than the 'uhhhhh' I normally utter. Lullabot - We Make Smart Happen

Another good example of this was the episode on IDE's and debugging, etc. Which had such great info that I could bring into my day-to-day work.

Problem with this episode – playback trouble on my iPod

I had a problem with the podcast somewhere around -40 to -48 and it won't play past that on my iPod Touch. I can play it in iTunes just fine. I've removed it, re-downloaded it, re-sync'd it – with no luck. I even tried deleting it, emptying the trash, re-syncing my iPod so the show is no longer on it – then re-sync'ing it with a fresh download. No matter what I do, it fails at the same place on my iPod.

I'm trying to convert it now. I ONLY listen to podcasts on my iPod. I don't like listening to talk while I'm working on the computer. Too many voices in my head while I'm trying to read/work.

Thanks for a GREAT podcast. I've been listening for quite a few years now.
